Tulsa Community College received approval from the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to offer a Bachelor of Science in Child Development, the first bachelor’s degree in the College’s 55-year history.

TCC and Pawnee Nation College Sign MOU to Expand Student Opportunities
Tulsa Community College and Pawnee Nation College have entered into a new partnership to expand higher education opportunities in rural and tribal communities. Through a Memorandum of Understanding, TCC will share academic resources and expertise to support PNC on its path toward full accreditation.

Governor Appoints Broken Arrow City Manager to TCC Board of Regents
Governor Kevin Stitt appointed Broken Arrow City Manager Michael Spurgeon to a seven-year term on the Tulsa Community College Board of Regents. Spurgeon is a U.S. Army veteran with more than 30 years in public service and a history of guiding long-term community growth.

TCC Student Becomes First Enhanced Air Traffic Control Graduate Hired by FAA
TCC’s Rebecca Nobles became the first graduate of an Enhanced Air Traffic Control program in the United States to be hired directly by the Federal Aviation Administration. Nobles bypassed the traditional FAA Academy thanks to TCC’s participation in the FAA’s Enhanced Air Traffic–Collegiate Training Initiative.
