Same Credits, Less Money. TCC summer classes help you stay on track or get ahead while you’re home for the summer. 

Summer-only enrollment is only for students currently pursuing a degree at another college or university. You can pick up a few extra credits with us while you're home for the summer. You'll enjoy small class sizes and supportive faculty. Our credits transfer easily, and you'll earn them at one of the most affordable tuition rates in Oklahoma.

High school students looking to enroll in summer classes need to enroll through Dual Credit.

Summer-Only Enrollment Steps

Before you do anything with TCC, make sure to consult with the advisor from your current college or university to identify the classes you need.

  1. Determine the course that fits your academic needs
  2. Review TCC 2025-26 Catalog course descriptions to check for prerequisites
  3. Browse classes to see what courses are available this summer and find one that fits your schedule

Apply for Admission to TCC. (If you've attended TCC within the last year and know your TCC email address and student ID, proceed to Step 3 directly.)

Fill out the summer prerequisite approval request form

You will need the following:

  • TCC ID Number
    Note: If you're unsure about your TCC ID Number or TCC email address, please contact the Student Support Center at 918-595-2000 for assistance.
  • All required documentation to meet prerequisites and college proficiency standards. This may include:
    • Unofficial college transcripts1, 2
    • Current class schedule1, and/or ACT/SAT scores. 

1 Your transcript and/or schedule must include your full name and the name of your transfer institution to be accepted. Degree audits are not accepted.

2 If you're currently enrolled in the prerequisite course, provide a copy of your current class schedule or unofficial transcript displaying your in-progress courses.

After you submit your summer prerequisite approval request form, you will need to check your TCC email address regularly for your approval letter and next steps.

Once approved, you can enroll in courses through MyTCC.

Note: All TCC communication will come through your TCC Email.

Avoid being dropped from your course. Set up a payment plan or pay-in-full

Beware of the Payment Deadline. Payment is due within 10 days of enrollment before May 1, and within 48 hours of enrollment after May 1. The deadline changes to 24 hours on the Saturday before classes begin.
